Abstract

This paper explores the role of cultural factors in shaping the outcomes of international business negotiations. Through analysis of multinational negotiation cases, the research demonstrates how cultural differences affect communication styles, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution. The study offers strategies for effectively managing cultural diversity to improve negotiation success and foster stable partnerships.
